Will is an Applications Engineer at Hystar where he helps bring Hystar’s innovative PEM electrolyser technology to life. At the intersection of business development and technical sales, his background in energy and infrastructure provides a holistic view on the hydrogen space.

He previously served as an Asset Advisor at The Crown Estate in the UK. The multifaceted portfolio spanned floating and fixed offshore wind, carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS), and wave and tidal power. His responsibilities extended to managing critical infrastructure—cables, pipelines—and pioneering new ventures like hydrogen.

Will shares his insights on the energy transition as a lecturer at the Cambridge Judge School of Business. Complementing his academic pursuits, he dedicates his spare time to research in the field of hydrogen technology, driving innovation and progress in sustainable energy solutions.
