Tina Bradshaw is President & CEO of Uniper’s North American business operations, where she has overall responsibility for the international energy company’s activities in the United States and Canada. Tina joined Uniper in October 2020 to develop the company’s energy management capabilities and grow business presence in the region. She was later appointed Senior Managing Director for Energy Management and Originations before being appointed President & CEO for the region in March 2023.

Prior to joining Uniper, Tina built a career spanning 20+ years in the US energy industry working increasingly senior roles. From 2011-2017, she served as Senior Director, Origination, and later as Vice President, Power Origination with Twin Eagle Resource Management in Houston. In 2017, Twin Eagle appointed her Senior Vice President, Energy Marketing and EMA, where she oversaw all power origination activities across markets in the United States and Mexico. Before Twin Eagle, Tina worked with Texas-based electricity provider Dynergy in multiple roles, including as a real-time energy trader; Vice President of Transmission Procurement and Optimization; and Vice President of Power Origination.

Tina holds a Bachelor of Science Economics degree from Texas A&M University. She is based at Uniper’s North American head offices in Houston, Texas.
