Brad brings over thirty years of practical commercial and physical project experience to JERA’s business plans. Brad’s role at JERA Americas, based in Houston, leads commercial business development activities focused on low carbon projects. These plans support the reduced carbon goals of JERA Americas and JERA Co. based in Japan.

Brad has also led a wide variety of ventures including hydrogen/ammonia project development, power generation assets, large and small LNG projects, wind & solar farms, alternative energies, energy trading teams, organizing long term natural gas supplies, and effectively integrating EPC contracts into project structures.
Brad’s 30+ years of extensive commercial experience with large and small projects and other energy infrastructure ventures supports JERA’s efforts to provide value to the marketplace and specific customers including joint venture partners. Brad has had a diverse career including working overseas for 11 years delivering projects in Venezuela, India, China, Russia, Uzbekistan, the UK and across Europe.
Brad graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Civil Engineering and has led many transaction teams through development, financing, construction, and into operations.
