Daniel Gonzalez serves as the Global Technical Lead for Hydrogen at Bureau Veritas, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s strategy and initiatives in the field of industry decarbonization. In this capacity, he is responsible for defining services, developing technical methodologies, and providing expert technical support for pre-feasibility/feasibility studies and advisory services.
Daniel’s extensive career spans across various engineering and consultancy companies, including his tenure at Worley Consulting, where he was instrumental in providing market studies, early-stage engineering design, and business modeling services as Subject Matter Expert in Hydrogen. He has participated as Technical Director for PMC and led groundbreaking projects in the hydrogen industry and contributed to gigawatt projects, demonstrating his versatility and expertise across diverse sectors, including oil & gas, chemical, energy, biotechnology, and food & beverage.
Daniel holds an honors bachelor’s degree in industrial electronic engineering from the University of Seville, as well as an honor master’s degree in industrial engineering design. Additionally, he has pursued postgraduate studies in the metal minerals processing industry and is currently working towards a Ph.D. focusing on green hydrogen technology and its derivatives.
