Matthew Manning serves as a Senior Advisor for the Office of International Market Development in the Department of Energy’s Office of International Affairs where he covers U.S. industrial policy, hydrogen and clean energy deployment. In the nine years he has been with the agency, Matt has also been involved with the Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs where he advised leadership on domestic nuclear energy, cybersecurity and energy development. Outside of this role, he served as an Energy Advisor to the U.S. Embassy in Saudi Arabia and covered international energy markets at the Energy Information Administration.
