Noelia Medina was born in Montevideo on December 24th, 1986. She is an Economist and Executive MBA with a Diploma in Finance and specific training in Energy Economics and Sustainable Finance.
She is Secretary of the National Future Energy Leaders Program of Uruguay (A program of the World Energy Council).
She is an advisor for Green Hydrogen at the National Secretary of Energy of Uruguay and she is also a member of the inter-institutional group for the development of Green Hydrogen Road Map in the country.
She has 12 years of experience in the energy sector. She published and also presented at seminars on topics related to energy transitions, regulation and the green economy.
