Roxana Bekemohammadi is a renowned leader in the hydrogen and fuel cell industry, recognized for her expertise in policy advocacy, public service, and technology commercialization. She founded the Western States Hydrogen Alliance in 2020, which expanded to the United States Hydrogen Alliance (USHA) after the Bipartisan Infrastructure Act in 2021. Under her leadership, USHA has influenced sixteen hydrogen state bills nationwide. Previously, Roxana led a hydrogen policy lobbying firm in California and worked at the California Air Resources Board. She holds a Master’s in Environmental Engineering from UC Irvine and a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from UCLA, enhancing her role as a clean energy industry expert.
